UpNeeq Starter Pack
What is UPNEEQ®? Traditionally, lifting drooping eyelids required a surgical procedure known as blepharoplasty. Now, UPNEEQ® offers a non-surgical solution as the first FDA-approved prescription eye drop specifically designed to treat acquired blepharoptosis—commonly known as drooping eyelids. Acquired blepharoptosis refers to the gradual development of eyelid drooping over time. UPNEEQ® provides a subtle lift, creating a noticeable improvement in appearance.

Key Ingredients
- Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride 0.1%: The active ingredient in UpNeeq that stimulates alpha-adrenergic receptors in the eyelid muscles, causing a temporary lift and improving droopy eyelids (ptosis).
- Calcium chloride: Helps maintain osmolarity and ensures the solution is isotonic with tears.
- Hydrochloric acid: Adjusts the solution’s pH to make it comfortable for use in the eyes (pH between 5.8 to 6.8).
- Hypromellose: A thickening agent that increases the solution’s viscosity, providing lubrication.
- Magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium acetate, sodium chloride, and sodium citrate: These salts help maintain the solution’s ionic balance, mimicking natural tear composition for comfort and stability.
- Water for injection: Provides a sterile base for the solution.
