How does Skinclusive Dermatology work?

Skinclusive Dermatology makes prescription-based skincare accessible for all–and it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.

  1. Complete your skin profile and send us photos of your face and ID OR Schedule a video appointment
  2. One of our practitioners will evaluate your profile within 24-48 hours and create the ideal formulation for your primary skin concern (if you’re a candidate).
  3. Your personalized prescription will arrive at your doorstep in just a few days!

When will the Skinclusive Dermatology team review my skin profile?

You can expect to hear back from us within 48 hours of submitting your skin profile and photos. (Please give us 72 hours if you send these to us over the weekend or a holiday!)

Which states is Skinclusive Dermatology available in?

At the moment, we are servicing patients in Texas,  California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Washington state, Louisiana,  Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Does Skinclusive Dermatology provide services outside of the U.S.?

Not at this time, but stay tuned for updates!

When can I expect my shipment?

Orders generally arrive 3-5 days after you submit your skin profile and photos.

Can I choose my pharmacy?

We’ve partnered with one of the country’s leading compounding pharmacies to provide quick order turn-around and competitive pricing, but we’re more than happy to send your prescription to the pharmacy of choice. Here’s how to make that happen:

  1. Confirm your pharmacy is a compounding pharmacy and that they accept e-prescriptions.
  2. After submitting your skin profile and photos, send an email to _______ that includes your pharmacy’s name, address and contact information.

When you select your own pharmacy, you will only be charged an online doctor’s consult fee.

Can I use my HSA/FSA card?

We don’t currently accept direct HSA/FSA payments. However, you can check with your insurance company to see if your HSA/FSA covers your purchase. If so, email us at _____ and we’ll send you an itemized receipt that you can submit for reimbursement.

Can I use my insurance?

Skinclusive Dermatology’s services are not covered by insurance at this time.

What is the return policy?

You can cancel your order at any time before you submit your skin profile and photos. If it’s a video consult, before the video consultation. (At this point, your payment has only been authorized–not charged.) If you’d like to cancel your order after Skinclusive Dermatology has reviewed your skin profile and photos (before your order ships), you are eligible for a refund less the consult fee. We do not accept returns or exchanges for prescription-based products after they have shipped because they are specifically formulated for your skin.

How can I contact the pharmacy?

Although you can always contact us with questions, you can reach [Pharmacy Name] at (855) 927-0390
